Let Us Drink (water) & Be MERRY!!!
I am 34 and have been fit and active in the past but got off track. I love going on walks out in nature, yoga & meditation. I actually crave salads and broccoli! Blueberries are my favorite food with sushi coming in at a close second! My biggest goal is to become consistent and stick with it! Enough water, enough activity, enough sleep... the little things that make such a difference! I look forward to this journey and the friendships I know I will make here and the support we can give each ...

I commit to an overall healthier lifestyle and intend to take personal inventory of all aspects of my life and make balanced and healthful changes where they are needed! I want to do this for myself and my children! I deserve to be healthy!!! I want my daughters to be proud of me and not worry about my health and whether I will be there for them as they grow up!!!! I yearn to go on major hikes again and be able to fit through the Ape Caves... I want to be able to do yoga again without modifying for my tummy which gets in the way! I want to be able to go out dancing and not feel like I'm going to die!!!

Read "The Spark" so will be trying to tailor my program using the book and this site! WATER: 64+ oz./day EXERCISE: Walking, dancing, yard work/gardening and videos at home. AT LEAST: ~Walk: 3 days/week ~Dance: 15 min/day ~Yard: 15 min/day ~Video: 3 days/week NUTRITION: ~Track food intake/cal ~Choose whole grains ~" " fresh veg/fruit ~" " lean/healthy proteins LIFESTYLE: ~Sleep at least 7 hrs/night ~Stop smoking ~stress relief techniques
Personal Information:
Living and loving life in the beautiful Pacific NW! I wilt with too much heat/sun... The rain and all the green growing things make me feel ALIVE! Nothing is better than the smell of the forest after a cleansing rain!
