I am 41 and have been fit and active in the past but got off track. I love going on walks out in nature, yoga & meditation. I actually crave salads and broccoli! Blueberries are my favorite food with sushi coming in at a close second! My biggest goal is to become consistent and stick with it! Enough water, enough activity, enough sleep... the little things that make such a difference! I look forward to this journey and the friendships I know I will make here and the support we can give each other! I commit to an overall healthier lifestyle and intend to take personal inventory of all aspects of my life and make balanced and healthful changes where they are needed!

Read "The Spark" so will be trying to tailor my program using the book and this site!

~Video: 3 days/week

Personal Information:
Living and loving life in the beautiful Pacific NW! I wilt with too much heat/sun... The rain and all the green growing things make me feel ALIVE! Nothing is better than the smell of the forest after a cleansing rain!
