I'm working hard on the goal of being a normal weight. I have a uphill battle all the way! I figure if I keep losing, I will feel motivated. I'm largely (haha) sedentary. I have incorporated walking into my weight loss goals. I have to take it easy on exercising, but I can still do it, if only I would! I use to 'sit' most all the time doing my art, but now I have a new passion! Weight loss!! I even bought those silly flexbit bands! :)

Congratulations on taking your first steps to a brand new you and a new weight loss experience where you are supported by en entire community of like-minded people. This website is dedicated to helping people who want a healthier lifestyle including issues with eating healthy and exercising, as well as support forums where we talk about specific issues.

Join one of the teams to get extra support. there is one for every week of new members, so you can search for your team by going to the SparkTeam page and look under "Classes", I think it says. There will be a bunch of people that joined the same week as you. OR you can go to one of the teams for how much weight you want to lose. The team possibilities are endless, they are cheerleaders, and they will provide the dialogue you need to make this happen. I promise... use the teams. They do help!
