I've been a member for years, i've committed for a couple months at a time but then i start slacking, not exercising not recording and then get out of the habit of planning my food/exercise. This time will be different, i'm ready to hit this full steam ahead.
Ready to commit to sparkpeople and gain control of my body.

My Goals:
goal weight is 125-130lbs.

Drink 8 glasses of H2O
Record my food every day
Exercise 3-5 times a week
Motivate myself daily


Goals
Yoga 1 time per week
Running/Walk (3kms-5kms) 1 times per week


My Program:
** i'm just starting again from being non active so this is a very conservative program.**

consists of running/walking, soccer, yoga and weightlifting

running/walking 1-2 times a week (usually 20-30 mins)

25 min Yoga DVD every other mornings before work.

Playing Soccer once or twice a week depending on the schedule

Record my nutrition progress daily and planning ahead every Saturday/Sunday.

Every Saturday using the meal planner and making adjustments as needed.

Planning every Saturday my fitness routine for the week.

Training for 5 or 10Kms and reducing my times from 2009

Nutrition plan - combination of using spark mealplans and subsituting where i see fit possibly hiring my dietitican again

Sorry...no tents, ny friend! Just a house with a solid foundation and 4 solid walls- a permanent place for you!
I think this round of BLC is doing it for me...the pieces are finally falling into place! I know it will for you, too- and you'll stop taking left turns.
If you aren't ready for a permanent move to Motivation Street- you can sleep in my guest room....you don't snore really loud or anything, do you?
