Losing it!
Hi, my name is Nina. I am 49 years old. I am overweight and I really want to lose somewhere between 50-70 lbs. I have three beautiful grandchildren with another one on the way. I have a heart/lung condition (pulmonary hypertension) and I am a breast cancer survivor of 5 years. Ask God for guidance and strength each day.
Measure my portions.
Be cautious about fats and carbs.
Stay within my caloric limit.
Drink plenty of water.
Exercise--walking, strength training, stretching and yoga at least 30 min. a day
Personal Information:
I am 49 years old. A homemaker, wife, mother and grandmother. I love God and have found that ALL things are possible through Him. I am diabled and a cancer survivor. I love to crochet, quilt and sew costumes for my granddaughters. In the summer I have a garden and freeze/can my veggies in the fall. I love life.
