    I don't know if this will help you or not, but when I came back to SP, I also wanted desserts.

    What I am doing is using one packet of fruit oatmeal (I buy Walmart's brand) and if I really must have something 'sweet' I top it with a dollop of cool-whip.

    It tastes enough like a cobbler to keep me happy and healthy while satisfying my sweet tooth. You could even sprinkle some splenda on it if not sweet enough for you.
