Stopping the Slide

Hello. I'm an unintentional stay-at-home-mom, unemployed teacher. In 2010, I realized I was 197 lbs and decided that it was time for the slow creep of pounds had to stop. I lost 15 lbs, but have lost my motivation and am looking for a kick in the pants. Let me know if you got some boots to help me!

I completely agree. If I take more than 2 days off running, it's like starting over!!! Spring is coming, and I have miles to put on my shoes. :) :) :)

I've been trying to keep the miles up through the winter, so spring hasn't been that much harder, though it sure is nice to run more miles outside than inside! Hope you get back to form and shape quickly!

If you have specific distance goals, you should check out the "go the distance" spark team.
