My Goals:
Short Term goal!

Go from 70kgs to 60kgs

Long Term Goals
Reach and Maintane 55kgs

be strong physically and mentally. Be committer and positive and go through life with an attitude of knowing i CAN do everything.

My Program:
Crosstraining, Olympic lifting, Running (all sorts, hills, sprints, steady etc), and strength training. :)

Eating approx 1500 calories per day, and ideally eat cleanly. High in protein for recovery and timing my carbohydrates around my trianings so i have fuel.. and heatlhy fats for general health!
