If not now, then when?

It's amazing that sometimes, no matter how much you want to do something for you, and only you, you need a little external influence to finally push you into action.

I've slowly (very slowly) been moving toward getting myself in shape, eating well consistently and living a generally healthy lifestyle. I stopped eating at restaurants every week, I cut out that nasty diet soda, I started going to bed before 1am...

I've slowly (very slowly) been moving toward getting myself in shape, eating well consistently and living a generally healthy lifestyle. I stopped eating at restaurants every week, I cut out that nasty diet soda, I started going to bed before 1am...

If I don't do it now... then when will I do it?

My Goals:
My Goal is simple enough: be healthier. Not just for today, or next week or this month, but for my entire life. To tell the truth, I couldn't care less what size my clothing has on its tags. Being able to find things that fit easily is a bit of a bonus.
Numbers and targets help, though. So, my goal is to reach 140-145lbs by the end of the summer.

My Program:
By using the Sparkpeople Nutrition tracker, exercising regularly and jumping into the 28 day bootcamp challenge I hope to kick my ass into gear and actually achieve what I've been trying to for far too long.
