My Goals:
Lose 15 pounds, establish an exercise program and stick to it, and eliminate early evening exhaustion.

My Program:
Just started but I like what I see on sparkpeople.com
I realize I need to count calories and get myself busy with exercise!

Personal Information:
Although I call North Carolina my "home" having grown up there and graduating from UNC-CH, I have lived in southwest Florida for 6 years. I love the weather here although I miss my family terribly. Maybe one day I will be able to split the year between here and "back home".

Other Information:
Love those Tar Heels and really dislike not being able to get all the games on TV!

My first big OOPS: went to lunch with coworkers and ate a nice chef salad. Feeling very good about my choice, I was then FORCED to an ice cream shop (totally against my will) where I downed a 2 scoop waffle cone of swiss chocolate almond!

I have finally figured out how to "find" my foods' nutritional analysis and have done sort of ok for 2 days. Both days I have been slightly over on carbs and under on protein!
I am lagging behind on my exercise routine. I don't usually swim on work days. i do plan to watch a basketball game later-does that count?

I began my exercise plan today by swimming 15 minutes non-stop. I am fortunate to live in a small condo complex in southwest Florida with a heated pool! In the past I have been able to swim 60 minutes non-stop so that is my goal. I'm sure I can do it again! emoticon
