Weight No More!

My short term goal is to drop a dress size by early August for a family reunion. In my quest for tools to help me succeed, I was acquainted with SparkPeople. After reviewing my personal nutrition reports, I was totally blown away! Right there for me to view, in brightly colored pie charts, was the answer to my weight struggles, for there shown the actual discrepancy between how well I thought I was eating versus how well I actually ate!

-Drop from overweight category to normal range at physicians offices.
-This is not a diet. It's a learned lifestyle skill to ensure better health, happiness and longevity.

-Track food daily.
-Walk 12 miles a week.
-Weight train 2-3 times a week.
-Recognize setbacks are not total derailment.

Hello Ophelia,,,, I see that you are down another pound,,,,,,,way to go girl! I was off track for a little bit doing all the stuff for my kids before school starts,,,, but I am getting myself focused again to reach my goals of a healthier weight and a happier self! Have a great day! emoticon

Just stopped by to say "HELLO" and congratulate you on your weight loss,,,,, you are down 6 pounds and that is an accomplishment ,,,,,, don't downplay it .... celebrate it!
Remember that it takes time for the results of your hard work to show ,,,, but it will,,,,, you have determination and remember to make your own goal a priority,,,,, you have to become a priority in your own life,,,,,,you deserve it and you are worth it Ophelia!!!
