I am eating healthier, and becoming more active. I walk 2 miles 3x a week. Elliptical 30 min 2-3x a week. Zumba and Step Jam 60 min 2 x week. Taebo 35 min 1-2 x a week. Weight training, & Pilates 30 min 1x a week. Weening myself of coffee. Drinking green tea 2 x a day. Drinking 8+ glasses of water daily. Eating fruits and vegetable's daily.
I am Puerto Rican born and Raised in Chicago, IL. I now live in a Southwest Suburb. I am happily married and blessed with 4 boys ( 1 in the U.S. Marines) 2 daughter-in laws and 3 beautiful grandboys. I am a pet lover and the owner of a spoiled Beagle/Terrier mix. I love all kinds of music, but my favorite radio station is KLove 94.3 it gets me thru my daily walks.
