Wanting to be a Loser...

Years ago I was 100# more than I am today (my start date) 12*2*11. I have conquered domestic violence & am conquering a lengthy bout of depression & anxiety. Now I want to add weight-loss to the mishmash.

No problem. We're all here to help one another! You're certainly not invisible. Depression is so hard to deal with. Remember to take things one day at a time. And, to answer your question, I've always hated the smell of coffee, so I've just never tried it and really have no desire to. Maybe I'm weird? :)

It is hard to deal with depression and anxiety, especially when food helps you cope. I totally sympathize. Remember that your healthy lifestyle is important because you are worth it. You owe it to yourself to be healthy and happy. You have incredible strength to have overcome all that you have.
