My Program:
 Right now I'm focusing on packing a healthy lunch to bring to school. It saves me tons of money, and I feel better about knowing exactly what I'm eating and in what quantity.

I'm also exercising more and doing regular strength training.

hi! the tuna is wrapped in seaweed! the recipe calls for yogart in it to but i did not have ne. the recipe is saved in my favorites so u can check it out!

I just got into Bento. I'm not sure why. It's a little weird I'm not into Japanese things my sister is any way I digress. I've also gotten my 6 kids into it our bento stuff should be arriving this week I'm so excited. I love your posts about bento.

It was so good to hear from you and YES, I understand about you being busy and if you can just pop in once in a while I would be happy to see you and I know the others will too.

There are several that are so busy right now and we do understand but a Hello once in a while would be wonderful..
Then when things settle down you can come in more often.
