Hello all! I've had weight issues for the majority of my adult life. In 2005, I shed a lot of weight. I was in shape and feeling great, but my accomplishment was short-lived because I got too comfortable with myself and stopped eating healthy and exercising. I gained back all of the weight that I had lost and then some. Now, I'm adamant about making healthy lifestyle changes and sticking to them.
