My Goals:
1) Find the motivation to stick to the program
2) Build up my running from run/walk to run, from treadmill to outdoors
3) Do a 5k- and enjoy being around others (some selectivity may apply)

My Program:
1) Nutritional program based on weight, age, gender, and activity level to lose weight, all in an automatic spreadsheet that I created myself! Only good for slightly OCD people, unfortunately.
2) Alternating days of running and weight lifting, six days per week.
3) One day off per week.

Personal Information:
Currently in Sparks, Nevada. IT specialist (specifically, network engineer). Don't mind it here, but would love to live in Seattle or Portland someday.
