My Goals:
My goal is to lose the baby weight I gained during pregnancy and to become fit and strong!!

My Program:
I'd like to do daily workouts and make it to the gym 4-5 days a week. I am hoping this site will keep me on top of myself and will add that much needed push we all tend to need!!
