My Goals:
My goal is to find a healthy weight for me to maintain the rest of my life.

My Program:
I did Body for Life for 12 weeks. I then just modify it into my every day life! I ate a balanced diet with carbs, protein, and fat. I exercised 5 days out of the week, usually doing a run on the treadmill with weight lifting 2x out of the 5 days.

Now that I hit my weight goal, my new goal is to try getting more toned. I am back to Body for Life doing strength training 3x a week and cardio 3x a week.

Thank you for your comments on my page - go ahead - show her!! There seems this feeling that weight loss has a useby date - that afer a certain age one can't lose!!
I have fairly strong feelings on this and am thinking of a blog - when I get through answering the responses on this one!!

Thank you for spending the time to read my blog - I think having just put that blog together - the first time I have actually put the developing story together like that and now the penny has dropped - and I am beginning to realise what I have done!! So - I'm just a bit slow in the uptake!! LOL!!
However it has proved one thing to me – that if I can do it anyone can do it and you will find that the results are way beyond your wildest dreams!!
