Thanks for stopping by my blog Barb. I always try and be encouraging because I always remember how much it did mean and still does mean to me. Back in the day when I was just starting to run and really struggling, a "way to go" or "keep it up" from a runner could really brighten my day. We have to look out for each other out there! Noreen
