I'm going to update my stats on June 21 2012.. 5 months after starting living Paleo/Primal.. this month I'm adding more exercise .. more focus on losing weight now.. the past few months have been a lot of trials, as to what I can eat.. what doesn't bother me.. what does.. how much of something I can tolerate, or how little before I notice discomfort.. etc..

updated July 1 2013... lesson learned, just because I stopped eating wheat, doesn't mean the weight is coming off my body ... I have been over-indulging on chocolate, iced coffees, jujubes (which don't have wheat in them), and I have been totally lacking on exercising...

went to the ER on June 26 (chest pains that turned out to be nothing), but found I have slightly elevated blood pressure (155/95) .. so on Thursday June 27, I stopped eating chocolate, iced coffee (stopped coffee intake all together, not just iced ones) , and stopped buying jujubes (as I'm the only one that eats them) and have stopped adding sugar and salt to drinks and foods.. not eating Primal or Paleo.. or rather not calling it that.. because then it gets too restrictive... I am just focusing on eating REAL food.. (with some protein powder thrown in, because I do like protein powder, and in reality that will never be something I choose not to eat -- or at least for now it's still my choice to consume it lol)

I bought a Ninja blender, and me, my husband, and son, have been enjoying smoothies every morning.. with different combinations of fruit, and veggies each time.. plus a little Greens Plus added to them.. these have been helping me get over my morning iced coffees :D

my first short term goal is to lose 20 lbs.. aiming for Sept 2013 to reach that goal..

my second short term goal is then to be under 180 lbs by the end of 2013
