My Goals:
My Goal is to focus on my Health and lose the extra weight in the process.
To Eat Clean, eliminating foods with additives, dyes, or preservatives and eating as much organic and locally grown food as possible.
To Increase my activity and continue to add exercise.
My Program:
Focus is on Good Nutrition with food and supplements and getting into a routine of exercise.
Eat 5-6 mini meals daily
Take my supplements daily
Drink 96 oz. of water daily

I live in Ohio I have 3 children I enjoy gardening, nature, art & pottery, knitting, reading, teaching, ... I am a Reiki Master
I enjoy learning about natural ways to heal the body.
