Goals are important to each phase of life. My weight loss goals are to loose weight and get physically as fit as I can.
Consistancy is the key to loosing weight and being physically fit and strong. Exercise at least 3 times a week and increase to 4 on weeks where time allows and I feel like it. Stretch and increase flexebiliy. Stretch every day!!
I'm an avid reader and gardener. I enjoy HGTV and the Food Network on TV and I'm actively involved with 3 groups who meet monthly. One is an investment group that's been together for 10 years and we are fairly successful considering we're self taught and there are only 6 of us. The other two are purely social. We meet for dinner, movies, plays things like that.
I knew I wasn't well. I felt fatigued from ordinary activities, almost lifeless, and I knew those numbers would be poor. I agreed with the doctor that things absolutely could not continue, and I started feeling better almost immediately.
