Never to late to start over.

I have started a Biggest Loser competition with some of the people who work with me. I want to get down to 150, but I'm going to do it 10% at a time. My first goal is to go from 304.8. to 274.3 (-30.5 lbs.)

Thanks for the comment - I completely agree. He definitely doesn't respect that I need to study all that much, and me giving into him is definitely not a good start :/ I think my instincts are right, I just wish they weren't :/

Hi there! Thanks for reading and commenting on my blog. I've met a few people in our situation with thyroid problems who lived too long with it before being diagnosed. It's sad, but I am glad we are both taking steps to get ourselves healthy again!
I am also doing a biggest loser at work, we are doing it for 12 weeks. It really helps to have to be accountable for your weight ever week at weigh in. I hope your weight loss continues well!
