My Goals:
I plan to take this one day at a time. In the past I have tried to set long term goals and failed. I have decided that this time I will do one day at a time. I have decided I will look up to the hills from which cometh my help, and my help comes from the Lord.

My Program:
My plan is to wean myself off the things I love. My struggle is sweets, and starches. If i can dramatically cut back, I will and can win this battle. Also, I plan on connecting with spark friends. There are encouraging stories that help keep me going, and I want to be in that number. I look to upload my picture soon.

Thanks for adding me as a friend. I have added you, too. I think you have a sound plan for yourself only you really don't have to give up anything. Just watch the portion and how often you have it. Just remember "baby steps". A pound a week is 52 pounds in a year!!
