Hi! My name is Simone and I am on a weight-loss journey. I've just graduated from college and now I am ready to drop all the text-book, late night snacking, "too tired to go the the gym" weight. I amassed 47 pounds while in college..whoa! ITS TIME TO LOOSE IT!

Hi. Thanks for commenting on my blog. You have encouraged me. I will probably try it...I think I will finish my TurboFire month 5 first. LOL! I tell ya what...that program has been a BLAST and has changed my body a LOT! It has been so much fun, it was like an added bonus to see the changes to my body. Today, playing tennis, I got to see some practical ways my new fitness level has helped me out. My deltoids are stronger and serving didn't hurt my shoulder any more. During long rallies, I wasn't winded. SO neat! I just may "graduate" to P90X after all. LOL!
