Healthy and Happy!!

My goal is to be healthy and happy. I want to lose the extra weight I'm carrying around and be fit enough to do the things I want to. Hiking, cycling, etc. I also want to live a more balanced life, taking time to do things I enjoy every day.

Thank you for the thank you (redundant, huh). Keep up the walking, it is a great way to get exercise. I do mine on a bicycle, since my arthritis allows me to sit way too often without warning (either that or I am a cluts that can't step over a crack). I do ok at work and dance with my mop. Have a marvelous sunshiny day. :0)
