getting healthy in SF

As my son turns two, I'm motivated to lose the last of the baby weight. Any I've lost so far has been because I've gotten sick through his day care exposure, so I'm going to lose the rest in a healthier way!

did the multi-player mode last night on the wii - fun stuff. it makes it easy to compete, matt and i got in a snowball fight competition (he beat me easily).
