    Remember 5 produce a day, 6 waters, 3 milks, 2 healthy fats, and exercise of course. They are also pushing whole grains. Have you tried the Oroweat sandwich rounds? They are great. 1 point . Makes for a low point sandwich.

    So to find out your points you take the first 2 numbers of your weight, so for me, I weigh 166, so I would get

    16 for weight
    2 for being a woman, (men get 8)
    3 for your age
    1 for your height
    2 for occasionally sitting mainly standing throughout the day
    ___
    24 points (you would have to start the first number with your weight, not mine. The rest of the numbers pertain to you. Then you have 35 bonus points for the week to be used spread out through the days, or use all at once on a special occasion. Let me know if you need anything else.
