SPARKPEOPLE is a COMMUNITY of motivators and a place where goals CAN BE MET.
As for me: My cat, Michael, would (did) control my SparkPage and you had to "figure out who was speaking". HE named my page "onegreatcat".
2012 update: I lost "Michael" May 3rd. Such a void in my life. Due to my "advancing" age, Michael is my last pet.
2015 update: Breast cancer diagnosis. Caught early! Still putting one foot in front of the other. YAY!

Hi There!
It is good to hear from you. I know you are very busy, and I am busier than I should be, but it keeps us out of trouble. emoticon

Have a GREAT WEEK, and take care!

Hi Gwen.
Thanks for the goodie!
I'm typing with a couple fingers, ha!
My husband is really helping me! I do make myself get out and walk, slow walking. I need to keep things loosened up. I can't do my back exercises, though. It's been a challenge. Hoping my right hand cast gets changed on Monday -that's the one I had surgery on - to a lighter cast. Honestly, it does get depressing at times.
I hope you are doing well! Have a great rest of your week.
Thanks again for your nice words.

Gwen, sorry you had trouble seeing my cat post. It came off Pinterest that way.
I've recently upgraded to Windows 8.1 & I can enlarge my screen, with a finger swipe. That may be the only benefit of 8.1.

Hi Gwen,
Thanks for your comment on my status the other day. I wouldn't say the signing was exactly for sadness, and not really for something happy either. Just life, and docs needing to get changed/done.
Have a great night!

Young Lady.... you are definitely in a pickle!

I took 4 quilts to the laundromat because I have the Brits coming. 2 of the quilts are handmade patchworks, about 40yo. I didn't want to strain my machines. The big machines at the laundry did a great job. I bought 4 new bath towels & 2 new beach towels. You know how much lint comes off new towels.
It was worth the trip & it only cost about $15 total.
