To no longer gain and then have to lose the same 20 pounds over and over and over (sort of a personal Groundhog's Day)! and dare I say it.....I want to look good as well as reap the health benefits.
Trying to focus more on whole foods, emphasizing protein and limiting starchy things after a total downward spiral. Concentrating on Pilates and a very limited strength program.
Hey! You know you have to have patience. As long as you are practice healthy ways you will see a difference. Also, the scale is not as fantastic as most people think. I like to measure because if your muscles are bulking up you will not see a weight change on the scale, but you will see a difference when you measure.
