Sometimes I have to take it one hour at a time. I haven't lost anything in months, and it seems to be a struggle to maintain.
Each evening, I try to make some quick notes for what I want to do the next day. We have had hail storm warnings, so I decided to keep my activity indoors. I was on the upper limits of my calories today as well. So I just got on my stationary bike for 40 minutes.
I also blogged just before the bike about it takes cutting back 3500 calories a week or else burning 3500 calories a week in order to lose one pound. At the moment, I am going to try to burn 300 calories a day, and reduce my calories by 200 from my BMR. We will see what happens.
