getting fit for life,thats my goal. I'm taking 1 day at a time 1 meal at a time. I'm here for MOTAVATION and meeting folks with the same struggles I go through everyday.

can't seem to get enough sleep at nite, I constantly wake up every 2 to 3 hrs. Since I've started back on the treadmill I do sleep a little better but I'm still needing that uninterruppted sleep.

Hi I'm Celeste I'm 53,been a widow for 3 years own 1 cat who is 10 yrs old,(she'll proably outlive me)and I have adopted my 2 11 year old grandsons. we live in NC near the beach and I work full time as a cook in the local hospital.Also stay busy with the boys since their in the boy scouts,

Sometimes I have to take it one hour at a time. I haven't lost anything in months, and it seems to be a struggle to maintain.

Each evening, I try to make some quick notes for what I want to do the next day. We have had hail storm warnings, so I decided to keep my activity indoors. I was on the upper limits of my calories today as well. So I just got on my stationary bike for 40 minutes.

I also blogged just before the bike about it takes cutting back 3500 calories a week or else burning 3500 calories a week in order to lose one pound.
At the moment, I am going to try to burn 300 calories a day, and reduce my calories by 200 from my BMR. We will see what happens.

Thought I would drop in. I'm originally from Whiteville and used to pass through Ash going to the beach or Callabash. I have some Lenoir County friends who came from your neighborhood.
