I'm on the hcg protocol. I have done intense research and talked to Dr's it is very effective and safe if done with the REAL hcg not homeopathic. Dr. Semions first discovered this protocol in Europe in the 1950's . He wrote the manuscript that you can download for free called Pounds and Inches by Dr A T W Simeons. This will tell you How and Why this program works. However, since the 1950's are food quality has worsened , Through my research I found Colin F Watson's program He is an hcg diet coach who himself lost 50 lbs in 42 days and over the last 5 years has successfully coached thousands of people. I am on his program www.hcgbodyforlife.com He has tweeked the original protocol which also makes it easier to follow with more food choices. If you go to yourtube and look under colin f watson and hcg bodyforlife he give tons of free info.. So basically the pounds and inches manuscript tell the medical reasons why it works and collins program is updated for todays world. so that's it .

Thanks for stopping by and reading my blog and your comment. No it is probably not healthy and I normally don't eat like that but I haven't been feeling well the last couple of days, on top of that I have many medical issues that I deal with on a daily basis. It's not that I don't want to eat, I am just not hungry and when I do eat I am full for hours on end even with small stuff. I try to eat as healthy (i.e. fruits, salads, fats like cheese and avocado, etc.). I see many doctors so they all know and are aware of all of this.
