Happy Wednesday! Judging from your photos, your hard work has really paid off. I took a peak at your eating and training log to see if I could pick up some pointers. Your training is fabulous; however, I'm not quite sure that I can get ripped by eating Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal:~). All kidding aside, your photos are an inspiration . . . even to a girl trying to get ripped:~).

I'm sure that I join a whole lot of other folks when I say that it would be great to hear from you by way of blog posting. I'm sure you have a ton of great advice. All the best!
