Thanks for commenting on my "Pity Party" blog. I appreciate the support and encouragement. I got lots of great feedback and it has given me plenty to think about and consider. One thing I know is that I will never give up on trying to reach my goal, even if I have to change my approach. Have a great day!
"Do not let your fire go out, spark by irreplaceable spark. In the hopeless swamps of the not quite, the not yet, and the not at all, do not let the hero in your soul perish and leave only frustration for the life you deserved, but never have been able to reach. The world you desire can be won, it exists, it is real, it is possible, it is yours." -Ayn Rand
PS: Your message helped a lot!Thank you! I am rooting for you!
Hi Robert. I loved your blog that was featured. and what you said about You Don't Have The Right To.....It really hit home for me. You have done so well. Congratulations to you for loving yourself enough to get healthy.
I'm 65 and have COPD but I don't let that stop me. i do what i can and work out 3 times a week at Curves with a good friend of mine. I'm so happy I can keep moving.
Anyway, this is not about me. It's about your success. I pray you will continue to be successful on your journey.
I like the new pics you moved to the front page. I just saw all your pics today too. They are all so great that I wanted to comment on all of them! I need to get my camera out and document some 'before' pics this weekend. I'm not sure if I'm brave enough yet to post anything though, but we'll see. Maybe after I have some progress.
Thank you for the sparks goodie and everything you said. Not only are you extremely inspiring, but you are so thoughtful, kind, and understanding. Taking the time to write that has not been lost on me and is very much appreciated. It's no wonder you're so popular!
5-HTP http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/5-Hydroxytryp tophan My oldest son and I both take it and have had wonderful results. I feel like I'm a lot more positive and I don't dwell on things as much as before I started taking it. Also, there are no affects if you don't take it for a few days. We get it at Costco and it's about 17 bucks for 150 pills that are sustained release. I think it does help with my appetite as well.
