My Goals:
Keep my dogs active, swim laps, lose 5-10 lbs, lower cholesterol, more energy

My Program:
I am eating healthier, cutting back on sugar and saturated fats. I cut back my caffeine, and managed to break a huge soda addiction!! I am swimming, doing flexibility/stretching, and trying to walk my doggies more. I have a hard time getting motivated because I'm always super tired--I could sleep through a whole weekend if you let me!
