Hello, I'm a 23 year old married, mother of one. I have a full time job of keeping up with my now running 10 month old daughter. My goal in all of this is to be back to the weight I was when I first got pregnant, 170. My weight racked on in my second trimester when my mom was diagnosed with cancer (but I'm not blaming my weight on that, I shouldn't have let my routine go). I've already lost 16 pounds alone in 34 days, but I'm starting to slip from my plan. My hopes are that this site can help ...

Thanks for the add :D This site has helped me a lot because there really are a lot of really supportive, positive people who are apart of it and who want to help. I've also recently discovered that I find cooking to be fun lol www.sparkrecipes.com has SO MANY delicious and easy to make recipes and they are all healthier alternatives. :) So what kind of fitness activities do you like to do?
