1. EXERCISE-Like A Mad Woman - Every Day or Every other day depending on my leg pain :)

2. Drop Soda. Accept. Only when sick for Ginger Ale - I have dropped it and do not regret it!!

3. Eat Recommended portions of food - Done and Done :)

4. Eat more veggies than anything, along with fruit. - I eat these all constantly now :)

5. Drink 8 glasses of water a day - Still working to get this daily

6. Make Right Choices - My Fitness Pal and Sparkpeople have made this possible :)

When I Want To Give Up On HIM and do it my way, he whispers in my ear " I never gave up on you, so why should you give up in ME." In God's time all wounds and heartache can be mended, you just have to be willing to drop your pride and selfish ways..

Matthew 7:1-5 “Judge not, that you be not judged. For with the judgment you pronounce you will be judged, and with the measure you use it will be measured to you. Why do you see the speck that is in your brother's eye, but do not notice the log that is in your own eye? Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye.
