Officially started on my lunch hour today - bring it on, girl! I didn't do much, because I ran out of time, but a start is a start.
The weather is so mild here, I think I will go out for a run tonight.
I am loving my new running shoes. They fit so much better - no wonder, I am actually a size 9, not a 10 like I was thinking.
I figured out what I want my reward to be - I need a new set of head phones, mine are quite literally falling apart. So I'm in for that and a new workout CD (I like those workout mix ones that Shoppers/Walmart have. They look neat).
My darling, my excuse/reason/whatever, last week was just killer at work, no time to start anything, I barely had time to shovel food in. I maintained, which is good, but I am stepping it on FULL THROTTLE starting tomorrow, so bring it on, lady!
