    You're very welcome!! I'm glad that I could help ;) I prefer to workout in the mornings, but lately have been adding a pm workout...I prefer to do something that will tone but not increase my HR too much (I want to be able to sleep at night! LOL). I am quite fond of my newest gadget: P.I.N.K. Fitness (www.pinkfitness.com) and isometric/bar workouts, such as Squeeze, Bar Method, Fluidity, and Exhale. I find that the exercises have increased both my strength and flexibility. :) I FIRM and do my kbell workouts after my runs in the mornings :)

    CONGRATS on your loss, by the way!! That is WONDERFUL! :) Keep up the good work!

    Yes, weight watchers has definitely helped me. It makes me think about what I'm eating before I put it into my mouth, which is a GOOD THING!! LOL I've lost 15.5 pounds since joining in November :)
