The only time it's too late to change yourself is when you're dead.
I'm sick. My weight loss journey that started off as an ego thing has turned into a health thing for me. I guess it always was; I just never really thought about it that way. I had no reason to get tested until I had terrible stomach pains. I went for tests and found out that my gallbladder is not processing fat properly and I have a fatty liver. "A liver that looks like an alcoholic's liver." According to my doctor- except I don't drink.
My blood pressure is high and I'm always ill and ...
