You can't weigh beauty

I am Done.
Done being the fat one in the group, done hiding in the corner so nobody tries to speak to me, done being afraid of failing, and done with my situation dictating my weight and health!

I am now below my previous lowest weight (happy dance!) at 10 stone 13 (153 lbs). Now the goal is my ideal weight of 10 stone bang on(140 lbs).

So:
Start weight - 12 stone 5, 173 lbs
Current weight (01/04/13) - 10 stone 13, 153 lbs
Next target weight - ...

“You give up on what you need to be doing because you forget that you're worth it.
This is why most people aren't leading exemplary lives...You have to believe in yourself so much that you're willing to do what's uncomfortable, time-consuming, inconvenient, and on occasion seemingly impossible. When you don't believe in yourself this much, pretend.”

OLIVIA,

Thank you for visiting my blog "Make Friends With Your Food".  I believe it could be helpful to many people struggling with food.  If I you believe the same please pass it along to your friends and other teams.  This comes from my heart and my main goal in my life right now is to help as many people as possible in their weight loss/health journey.  I'm including a link to the blog but it will not work in a comment but at least you will know where to find it.

Thanks for your help.
