Hello,
My name is Olivia Mayhew and I am finally ready to complete my journey. I am at my heaviest weight right now, which is 225. Though I have lost 35 pounds before, it has creeped up on me and I would love to not only do it again but reach my original goal in the first place. When all is said and done I would like to be a healthy and fit 140 lbs. Any words of encouragement or advice would be greatly appreciated! :)

My Goals:
This year, I would love to put more effort into my well-being more so than I have in the past. I would like to quit as much junk food as I can and exercise more.

My Program:
As I have just started on sparkpeople, I haven't really set out a full plan yet. I am currently going to a nutritionist who is giving me a meal plan so I will most likely be following that. For fitness, I will be looking at different workouts on here and other websites and HOPEFULLY I will be able to gain the courage to go to the gym someday.
