The Secret to Happiness is a positive approach

I have always been skinny until I had my last daughter, then the weight kept piling on and I allow ed it to. Now I wish I could go back to my "before" picture in 1998. I love to cook and experiment with mixing fruit juices and baking new recipes. I try to exercise but never enjoyed it until I started Curve last year october. My goal weight is 140 but ideally I would love to reach 125, but small steps at a time! I intend this to e my final weight loss journey.

My Goals:
I need to shed at least 56 pounds so I can feel better, be healthier and improve my confidence. Plus I need my clothes to fit better on me and not be so restrictive in what I wear.

My Program:
I now try to exercise at least 3 days poer week and tries to eat properly. I also try to always think positively.

Other Information:
I love comedy in both movies, plays and any audio. I love to read adventure and drama books as well as cook and bake. I hear I make teh best bread pudding but it really is not so healthy so I dont share it anymore.

Saw you at the BL Huddle, so wanted to visit to say, get up & GO FOR IT!! You can do it!! If I can move my booty, you sure can! GET UP & GO FOR IT!! You can do this! One day at a time, one step at a time, one pound at a time you can do this as long as you don't quit! So get up and GO FOR IT!!!

There's a thread on the team page called POPULAR QUESTIONS where a LOT of questions have been posed and answered. Take the time to read through it as questions you have may have been answered on there - and you may find some questions you DIDN't know you had!
