Grabbing My Body Back
Hello to all of you! As you can see by this pic of me at 31, I was always slim. Not anymore! I'm 61 now and have a severe form of fibromyalgia which means I am in pain constantly. I have medication for it, but it increases hunger so I have put on a few pounds (okay more than a few!) Hello to all of you! As you can see by this pic of me at 31, I was always slim. Not anymore! I'm 61 now and have a severe form of fibromyalgia which means I am in pain constantly. I have medication for it, but it increases hunger so I have put on a few pounds (okay more than a few!) I also have a heart condition called cardiomyopathy which contributed to my fear of dying should I decide to move my ass. My heart condition is 98% healed now, so I am ready to lose the extra weight that is literally wearing me down and making me feel unattractive. I am single and divorced for over 20 years. My children are all grown and I love them to pieces. I write for a living besides creating handmade jewelry and I work part time in an assisted living center/hotel as a desk clerk. I am fully retired, so have lots of time to enjoy my five rescued dogs and I encourage my sweet little garden snakes and all the birds, squirrels and rabbits and I encourage them to come live in a safe environment I created for them by growing plants and bushes with berries, and by offering lots of hiding places where they can eat, nest and live out their lives naturally. I think my biggest problem in losing weight is I am an emotional eater and I can't seem to get past that, but after reading some of the success stories here, water seems to be the biggest route to mobilizing fat loss. So cheers! and bottoms up!
