02/05/2013 Wow, I have been with SP on and off for a long time. I am now fatter than ever, but only because I stopped using SP for a long time. I have 30 lbs to loose now. When I first joined SP I was only 15 lbs over weight. How I miss those days!!! But, I am back. I have to loose weight. All my 30 lbs are on my stomach and it's really hard to sit and even to breath. So, here I go ahead. I am hoping this time it will be for ever.

My Goals:
I need to loose 30 more lbs to get to my goal.
My Program:
I try to eat about 1300 per day. Some days it's close to 1500. I walk on my treadmill as often as I can and I always watch my portions. I try to never overeat. When I feel full, I stop eating. That's the hardest part, especially since I love to eat.
Personal Information:
I live in TX. I am married with 2 children. I work full time, which really cuts into my exercise time. We also got a dog about year ago, so walking her also takes time. I just need more time!!
