Your blogs are powerful, keep it up and know that it's just the beginning, you can acomplish anything you want provided that you do it the right way. Keep one thing in mind, small rewards throughout the process help a lot- your main goal is your birthday and that is awesome. I think your choice to weigh in once a week is amazing-good for you! give your self a reward perhaps at every five or ten poud increment to help keep you motivated and keep your sights set our the bigger picture.
