I need to lose 50 pounds!
Hello, my name is Harry, I live in Halifax, Nova Scotia. my wife has been active with Spark for nearly a year now, and has persuaded me to join. I really need to lose, none of my clothes fit, and I'm tired of bending and losing my breath, puffing and panting! Getting winded when I walk, I really need to get back in shape, so here I am , ready to get started.
