My Goals:
My primary goal is to be more healthy physcially, mentally,and emotionally. I kind of think if I take care of the physcial part, the others will fall into place. I will make better choices when it comes to eating, I'll exercise, and I will stick to my plan. Sounds great, right? Nice and fluffy. Just realized that I need to make some actual measurable goals! Goal 1: Drink 1/2 body weight in ounces of water daily. Currently that is..a lot of water! Okay 73oz or more! (Bathroom much?) Goal 2: To eat one fruit or veggie daily. Goal 3: To exercise at least 3X a week. Goal 4: To bring my lunch at least 2X a week to work. Goal 5: To log my eating habits for one month.
