Hi there! I'm Megan! I have recently lost nearly 40 lbs since the very beginning of my journey. I have also in the process fallen in love with Yoga and Running, become a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, and learned a huge amount about Nutrition. I have become devoted to healthy living, it has become a passion. I hope to start to work more to spread the spark toward transforming into a healthier more confident person! Anyone can do it! I've been buying organic for about a year now! I buy almost everything organic, and I ALWAYS buy fruit and veg organic if you eat the whole fruit/berry/leaf/whatever. The pesticides used are not only bad for the environment, but they also kill antioxidents in the produce. Mangos are actually pretty safe to eat non-organic, but my produce place just happens to only sell mangos grown in california, and they are organic :-) Bananas, papaya, kiwi, pineapple, avocado, mango, onion (fruit and veg where you don't eat the skin is the GENERAL rule) are all low in pesticides and safe to eat non-organic. The ones you should ALWAYS buy organic are berries, greens, apples, stone fruit, celery, grapes and potatos.

Also, a lot of times, things like organic chocolate and coffee are fairtrade, which is always good to support. As well as buying produce from local farms, which are most likely organic.
