Hi Okie! I have a huge variety of foods that I eat, and I think that makes my life easier because I'm never bored. I eat alot of fruits and veggies. Some of my favorites are plums, pluots, bananas, watermelon, pineapple, baby carrots with greek yogurt dip and asparagus sprinkled with parmesean. I drink ALOT of water. I also make sure to try and have protein at every meal, and if not, I snack on greek yogurt often. I recommend, Dannon Light and Fit. Very delicious. When I first started out, to increase my exercise, I made small changes like taking the stairs or walking to lunch instead of driving. I slowly introduced running and ended up running a half-marathon in April. Just trust your body and don't push yourself farther than it wants.
