Restoration in process....
Since my journey to transformation began, I have lost 18 pounds and 11.25 total inches.
Even with that small change ( I say small, I have more progress to make) I have changed drastically emotionally and mentally as well as physically.

It was easy to put everyone else before me. Now I realize that if I cannot climb to the top of the ladder, it is pointless for me to help others climb it.
